MISTER IAA

MISTER Internet Access and Accounting (IAA) and MISTER HotSpot Manager are specifically designed to meet multi-user needs while minimizing the overall level of support.

The main characteristics are: Single integrated management system for Internet Access throughout all customers’ premises. MISTER Internet Access and Accounting (IAA) can issue Access Codes of all kinds, durations, expiration periods, multiple con-current accesses etc. It can be used in any combination of hotel rooms, wireless and wired access, conference rooms, internet corners, public areas etc. Especially for the hotels, there is a two-way IP interface for most PMS systems (such as MICROs Fidelio and Opera, PROTEL etc). Also, there is functionality for complimentary same-duration wireless access for customers that have purchased wired internet access from their rooms, and thus avoiding to be charged twice for same services during their stay at the hotel.

MISTER HPM

MISTER HotSpot Manager (HPM) is a front-end application tailored to the requirements of hotel and conference center customers’ internet access.

It manages all network infrastructures such as switches, access points and routers, and relays authorization information between the end-user and the IAA. Using this system, operators and local IT managers can perform network segmentation and grouping, and therefore allow or disallow access to specific access codes-users in a specified area. There are options that can isolate even one plug or one access point throughout all installation, and allow access to the issued codes only to this plug or access point. Other HPM functionalities include (a) the capability to issue access codes with duration that expires within same time-period starting activation time, (b) the capability to issue codes with duration that will not expire within same time-period starting activation time, (c) adding time to an access code, (d) disabling or deleting a code, (e) detailed monitoring and reporting of access per code, (f) mass issuing and exporting access codes to XLS, PDF formats, (g) automatic email alerts and reporting for system health, and many other useful functionalities. Finally, using the same system, clients can buy access codes using their credit cards or by just entering their room number, name and reservation code and add the cost to their hotel bill, and thus can use Internet Access without the need to walk to the reception or other selling points in the hotel.

MISTER IAA & HPM has been installed and operated flawlessly in the largest and most demanding hotspots throughout Greece. They are best fitted in hospitality, conference-events, healthcare and public sectors. Both systems are best used with CISCO networking equipment.
